please i need ideas of how to lose the last 20..im at 165 and would like to get to 145..im 5'8 i know its unrealisitic to say i wanto to be this weight... but this is coming from a girl that use to be 230 ... i need to get rid or the excess belly and thighs....please help and sent suggestions thanks and loves <3
